Zion's Model Subdivision

The Stonebridge Crossing Subdivision is a single-family residential community with 127 homesites, located in the west end of the City of Zion, Illinois and surrounds an Army Corps of Engineers Certified Wetlands. The wetlands provide natural beauty and is utilized for stormwater management. We strive to maintain a desirable community to live in; we are a family, non-rental community.
